Query Only Personal Payment Methods Form Results In FRM-41051: You Cannot Create Records Here [ID 1518445.1]

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Core Payroll - General

When attempting to Set Organization Payment method form to be query only using parameter Query_only=Yes or even personalization and set insert_allowed and updated _allowed to be false
the following error occurs when you navigated to Cash Management tab and you couldn't exit from the error or the form and should close application .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create function similar to Org payment method and set parameter as Query_only=YES
2. open the form and put the cursor at Cash management tab before query

Cause

issue is resolved in $PAY_TOP/forms/US/PAYWSDPM.fmb 120.21.12010000.2

Solution

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch 14758126:R12.PAY.B QUERY ONLY PERSONAL PAYMENT METHODS FORM RESULTS IN ERROR

2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying
the recommended patch.

3. Apply the patch in a test environment.

4. Confirm the following file versions:
$PAY_TOP/forms/US/PAYWSDPM.fmb 120.21.12010000.2

  
You can use the commands like the following:
  strings -a $XX_TOP/filename |grep '$Header'

5. Retest the issue.

6. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
