The following justifies how the issue is related to this specific customer:
the attribute 'ShowWarn', which is available in the latest versions of View Object 'ByrSuppPVO is in version 120.6.12020000.4 or later customer on ByrSuppPVO.xml 120.1
Customer on old POS patch level since CreateSiteLOVCO.java is missing
